分析问题相关性：大家发现这个话题考官是由浅入深问的，先问擅长与否，再问用啥方法。然后考生肯定会提到plan，考官又接下去问这个重不重要。接下来还喜欢问关于孩子方面的。

答案： Actually, time management is my strength. You know, when I lie on bed atnight and recall what I am supposed todo on the day, I find that I always can successfully finish what I shoulddo.

分析：首先，大家要注意paraphrase的技巧，就是不要第一句回答I am good at organizing my time.这样的语言就是在浪费自己的考试时间，因为你只是重复问题，而不是体现自己的语言水平。除了time management is my strength，大家还可以说time management is my good point,或 time management is what I am good at,或者I can do well in time management.接下来，就是给出具体的supporting idea来体现自己时间管理的不错。

How do youorganize your time?

答案：To begin with, I would like to draw up a schedule one day ahead oftime, then I would like to make a listof what I am supposed to do on that day. When it comes to the next day, allI need to do is to follow the plan.

分析： 这种方法大家最好是按照步骤去讲，to begin with, then, when it comes to the next day这三个过渡词组很好的引入了话题。而且，这个答案在宾语从句和主语从句这两个从句上也运用的特别棒。

Is planningimportant for time management?

答案： Definitely yes. Making a plan plays asignificant role in organizing time. Without it, it is very likely for us to bein a mess. In that case, we will panic and become depressed.

分析：第一句同样是paraphrase。然后在解释原因的时候，大家会发现从正面说挺难的，那么大家只要从反面去思考，就会发现实际上非常容易就想到messy,那么messy后紧接着就是panic和depressed.

Is it important for children to follow theplan?

答案：I think so. You know, children are usually short of self-control, so without following the plan, they may end up with hanging out with friendsthe whole day without doing any homework assignedby teachers.

分析：有时候大家发现词穷不知道如何paraphrase的时候，就可以用I think so, for sure等，而去避开找词替换。这道题目好多学生又去提到和前几个问题重复的内容，但是如果你就孩子特点去分析，就很容易想到self-control的问题了。

How would you teach your children time management?

答案：I guess I will enroll acourse in time management as I believe organizing time is not only significant but also difficult.So I am not confident I can teach my children well. It is better to turn to professional people for help.

分析：这个问题好多学生就思维限制在make a plan上，但是这个在前面都提到过了，再这样回答，就是在重复内容了。所以，烤鸭们要思维发散，想想其他办法，例如enroll a course或是set a good model这些方向。
