本次雅思口语考试延续二月趋势，未出现任何明显变化。Part One高频话题：hometown, course, rainy day, tv program, friend, bicycle, sunshine, history, cook。新题：computer, credit card, plant, travel。

　　Part Two未出现任何形式的新题，全部延续二月话题。高频人物类：famous person，intelligient person, comic actor。物品类：sth you saved money to buy, an architecture, a book, family buisiness, sth you can’t live without。地点类：place near water, tourist attraction, a restaurant。媒体类: a movie you dislike, a an advertisement, website, TV program。事件类：a special meal, a situation you helped others, a situation you met a friend you haven’t seen for a long time。

　　下面以物品类话题为例，给大家一些描述一件离不开东西的素材。

　　Describe something (except phone and computer) that you can’t live without.

　　Background:

　　Well, I would like to give you a short description on my bicycle which I actually can’t live without, I mean, it’s really significant for me as I normally ride it and I am very fond of it. Additionally, it has become a vital part in my daily lives. As far as I can remember, I bought it last year in a bicycle store in the area of Xi Zhi Men. You know, the brand is Rockefeller and it cost me about 1000 Yuan which, I think, is a reasonable price for such a trendy, practical and pretty bike. Well, it is white and blue, you know, white is a fashionable and sleek color nowadays. Therefore, I gave it a name called Little White.

　　Functions:

　　As a matter of fact, my bicycle is a small one and can be easily folded in about 2 minutes. You see, it’s quite handy for me to carry it into my room since it’s not safe to put it outside. To tell you the truth, I just can’t really live without my little white for the reason that I ride it almost every day to go to school. What I am trying to say is that my bike is not only an important transportation tool for me, but it is also a helper, an assistant or even a friend who is really helpful and supportive.

　　Reasons and feelings:

　　In terms of why I would like to ride it to go to school, to be frank, it is way too crowded in Beijing and the traffic is heavy, I mean, there are always traffic congestions here, which is really annoying and terrible. So I feel it is very convenient to ride a bike because I don’t have to worry about the traffic problems. More importantly, I am convinced that it is environmental-friendly to ride a bike. As you know, there are more and more private cars on the road, which causes heavy air pollution. On top of this, I guess it is probably beneficial for my health to ride a bicycle for I feel comfortable and relaxed when riding. You know, I can totally enjoy all the natural beauties along the road, like flowers, trees, grass and so on. Generally speaking, that’s pretty much about the thing that I can’t live without.
