像这种多柱对比图，首先要找出其对比的变量，包括三个：性别、国家和年份。

有些同学拿到图会不知道从何下手，最简单的办法是把它转换成一个表格。但是不用每条柱子都描写，首先总结所有柱形图的共性特征（不难看出同一国家同一年份的60-64岁男性就业率均比女性高），然后把对比最鲜明的几个柱子描述清楚，其他一带而过即可。

开头部分就是题目的改写。中间部分可以按照男性一段、女性一段的方式写，注意要描述出最大、最小值，倍数，相似值等对比数据。最后结尾段再重申重要特征（比如总的来说，这四个国家60-64岁的就业率从1991年到2001年大部分呈增加趋势，只有男性第一个柱子和女性最后一个柱子是呈减少趋势）。

On theother hand, tourism can also promote cultural communication through sometourist attractions like museums and historical sites, which enable thevisitors to get a deep insight into local customs and practice, and reinforcethe understanding between different cultures.

However, tourism sometimes develops at the expense of localculture. We shouldnot merely rely on government to take actions, but as individual tourists, weneed to increase the awareness to protect the authenticity of local culturesand advocate eco-tourism.
