听力观点【反驳阅读】

1. 事故减少完全是限速，可能是wellread design和优质的car equipment。

2. 空气质量说。调查说问世气体中由汽车排放的一个比例是0.1%，就是说汽车排放量不会因为限速很大改善。

3. 举例反驳。如果一个track driver被限制速度。开的慢-时间长-那么运费成本则会增加。所以并不是很经济的做法。

  很多人认为Grandparents可能会对新星的领域不是很了解，比如说网络。　Admittedly, there are some areas in which I cannot go to mygrandparents for advice, namely technology. Cell phones and computers were notaround until my grandparents retired, so they have never had to use this kindof technology for work or study.但是我们只要合理的采取Grandparents的建议，就不会产生这样的问题。
