议论文:
The restoration of old buildings in major cities of the world incurs numerous government expenditures. The money should be spent on new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
思路点睛:
这个题目属于典型的政府决策类话题。因此，无论是经济原则还是效率原则都可以用到，一个用于正方，一个用于反方。
经济原则：
The restoration of old buildings, especially some buildings of cultural or historical value, potentially brings economic opportunities.
(此main idea适合用case evidence进行拓展。)
效率原则：
To restore old buildings can be time-consuming.
(此main idea适合用theoretical evidence进行论证。)
