【参考范文】Gender equality  has always been a frequently discussed topic. People hold divergent standpoints about whether females should participate in political and military occupations or not. In my view, the role of women should be fairly treated.  

There are two main reasons why people believe females are less encouraged in policy or military related jobs. Firstly, women are supposed to engage in mediocre and stable career or even retreat to domesticity according to conventional ideology of a patrilineal society.  In many countries, they are raised and gradually influenced so that a large proportion of women would choose jobs in relation to teaching or media. Secondly, from the psychological aspect, females are relatively more emotional and susceptible so that they might not be suitable for critical positions in a nation, as those jobs usually require decisiveness and a spirit of devotion.  

In spite of above arguments, I would agree with the idea that women should fill in the same social roles as men. In fact, it goes against the values of a free and fair society to discourage females from getting involved in identical fields like males. Doing this can only lead to resentment and resistance amongst women who attempt to show their ability in a broader stage. What’s more, women in the contemporary society receive all-rounded and impartial education with regard to moral values and physical fitness. Therefore, it is the stereotype that misleads the ideology of mass and curbs the confidence of female.

In conclusion, albeit reasonable factors in doubting female roles, it seems to that social inclusion should be promoted to welcome justified opportunity in vital positions.
